Take a look at some of the recent projects we have been working on.
Paddington Gardens
Developer: Meritas Real Estate
Project Value: £32m
CoEx are commercially managing the MEP on the shell and core and fit out of this project that occupies a 3.8 acre site within London’s most exciting new residential quarter, the Paddington Waterside regeneration project.
Consisting of a mixture of 1, 2 , 3 & 4 bed apartments over 4 blocks with a large basement consisting of energy centre, plantrooms and underground car parking.
Chancery Lane.
Developer: Harrowood Assests
Project Value: £6.8m
Set in the heart of London’s legal quarter, this new 100,000 sq ft development in Chancery Lane will be a focal point of London's thriving MidTown district. The finished building will provide nine floors of modern office and retail accommodation behind the retained façade of the existing Lonsdale Chambers.
CoEx have been responsible for the tendering, procurement and commercial management of the shell & core and Cat A fit out.
Southbank Centre - QE Hall & Haywood Gallery
Developer: Southbank Centre
Project Value: £15m
Located between the National Theatre and the Royal Festival Hall on London's famous Southbank The Queen Elizabeth Hall and Hayward Gallery are a world-renowned classical music hall and contemporary art gallery. Both are a notorious landmark of brutalist architecture.
Whilst both buildings had extensive aesthetic improvements the total replacement of all the MEP services within this 1960's concrete building proved to be a feat of engineering. Commercially managing this challenging engineering project proved equally as difficult as the 3m thick concrete walls were to penetrate. We like a challenge at CoEx though and together with the project team it was a success under extremely difficult circumstances.
Mount Pleasant
Developer: Royal Mail
Project Value: £20m
CoEx are commercially managing this logistically difficult refurbishment of the existing basement & ground floor areas within the Royal Mail Mount Pleasant Mail Sorting Office located in Farringdon.
It involves the extension of the basement to form a concrete enclosure over the existing vehicle parking area to facilitate the future redevelopment of adjacent areas.
CoEx have commercially manged the MEP on this project from tender through several phases of relocation from live operating areas. The project is still ongoing.
