Pre-Contract
Getting the pre-contract process right is essential to any successful project. Get it wrong and the problems that later unravel are all too often draining on the bottom line. At CoEx we insist on attention to detail and production of accurate documentation to protect against future scope gaps and ultimately reduced margins.
Post Contract
Procurement of the main plant, equipment and specialist sub-contract packages is crucial to a successful commercial outcome. Our experience has taught us that this is where the most significant proportion of profit is secured. That's why it has to be undertaken with the maximum of focus. Our people will challenge the supply chain and deliver the best value the market has to offer.
The skill is then to ring-fence the margin and provide cash backed profit as early as possible. During the life of the project we ensure identification and realisation of opportunities and mitigation of risks.
